In respect to one property which is located in a residential area of Independence, upon acquiring the property I placed it with Orlando Realty Solutions for rental. In the case of the second property in Vista Cay, it was a short term rental with specific attractions. I placed it with a company who specialise in that area and furnished the property to their specification. "I would like to say that we found Peter from the internet as we live in England. Having had a condo in Kissimmee for 10 years, we originally rented it to people on vacation and had family holidays there when the kids were younger, but as the credit crunch began and the number of short term rentals went down we decided that we would rent our unit on a long term basis and treat it more as an investment rather than a holiday home.
